What is build-to-suit development?

Build-to-suit is developing a building to a specific tenant or owner-occupier's requirements, typically under a lease or purchase commitment signed before construction. We manage the process end to end on the owner's behalf.

Our focus is Florida and the broader Southeast. Our principals have developed across the Sunbelt and Midwest, so we can support projects beyond the region case by case.
